Feature request: IoTHub support #225

Please add Azure IoTHub support on the list of resources to support. There is minimal automation support yet.

Would be super helpful if this gets implemented soon! ARM Templates aren't fun. Nasty workaround with json snippets in C#. IotHub is a basic component for all IoT use cases.

At least creation and deletion of iothubs is needed to fit in our automation workflow. Would be great!
