[FEATURE REQ] CDN Standard Rules Engine support #916

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We want to keep our CDN up to date with a dynamic whitelist of IP addresses. This is now possible by using the standard rules engine.

Describe the solution you'd like Please support the management of the standard rules engine. Ability to enumerate the rules, add a new rule with conditions and actions, delete a rule.
