remove all non ade files #1858

Delete any file not needed for ADE builds on our dualpass dev branch, in efforts to clean up our builds for CodeQL.

@hestolz @nkuchta this is only in our branch of the shared repository. Why can we not delete these files that have not been touched for 6+ years? These are not related to ADE, and we are being flagged for them in our build. This branch is also never merged into Master, or brought back up to date with it either.

I can fork the repo, but we would need to re configure our build process to point to new locations. I can discuss with my team on this, as we have no need to be in a shared repository anyways and do not understand quite why we are.
