[Feature Request]: Add alert for API Connections in Error state #307

Description

To build on @cdomansky's new alert for Logic Apps workflow failures, it would also be good to have an alert for API Connections that are in an Error state.

These API Connections are used within steps within the Logic App and define the credentials that it'll use for connecting to SharePoint or Office 365 etc as. We occasionally find their token expires or similar, causing the Logic App to show an Invalid Connection error on that step and the Logic App workflow will continue to fail until an admin can jump in and re-authorize the credential.

Would be good to pick this state change up before a reliant Logic App kicks off and inevitably fails, which may well only be during an end-of-month reporting cycle or similar.

Hi @SteveBurkettNZ, thank you for your feedback. I believe this is an excellent suggestion that will add value, and we will take it into account for the ALZ pattern when available. Since this regards a workload feature request rather than an ALZ platform feature, I am tagging the AMBA core team for further action.
