[Feature Request] Provide monitoring and alerting guidance for route table entries

There is currently guidance for monitoring and alerting around the configuration of a route table. This covers changes to the route table config only, and not to the addition, modification, or deletion of routes associated with the route table. This new feature would monitor and alert for any changes to individual route table entries in a route table.

Hello @ehaslett , Thanks for your feedback. We have captured this on the backlog. We will add policies to create Alert rules based on the following activity logs operations:

• Microsoft.Network/routeTables/delete
• Microsoft.Network/routeTables/routes/delete
