outdated package: react-native-push-notification #145

Hi, this is an update from the respository owners for react-native-push-notification from 3 years ago.

Here it is being used in the example React Native repository: https://github.com/Azure/azure-notificationhubs-samples/blob/821324ce3acfcf896e4e947ac703456e0420e195/NotificationHubSample/app/package.json#L40

I am wondering if there's a different Microsoft recommended repository for push notifications that has more latest features considering the recent FCM update among other Android route updates.
