Get-azNetworkInterface fails 'networkInterfaces' could not be found in the namespace #10299

Description

Starting with Az v2.7.0 (and appearing in the current 2.8.0) when you run the command "Get-azNetworkInterfaces" you will get the error;

"get-aznetworkinterface : The resource type 'networkInterfaces' could not be found in the namespace 'Microsoft.Network' for api version '2019-08-01'. The supported api-versions are '2014-12-01-preview,2015-05-01-preview,2015-06-15,2016-0

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce, install Az using "Install-Module -Name Az -AllowClobber -Force" on a machine that has never had AZ installed (or upgrade an existing machine).

run the command "get-aznetworkinterface"

FYI. I found Get-AzNetworkInterface works find when Absolute Uri is under management.azure.com.

No, the issue apparently has been resolved in the latest version 3.1
