Error when trying to load Az modules in powershell script: 'Could not acquire access to file '~\.Azure\AzureRmContext.json' please try again in a few minutes. #11125

Description

Receive an intermittent error when loading the Az module in a powershell script.

The term 'Connect-AzAccount' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

This is preceded by this error in the title:

Could not acquire access to file '~\.Azure\AzureRmContext.json' please try again in a few minutes.

Steps to reproduce

Ina powershell script:

Import-Module Az

Connect-AzAccount $AccountArgs

Hi @ntbprentice , thanks for your feedback! This may caused by the failure of installing Az maybe your Az.Accounts module is missing. Could you please offer us more info about your installation and environment? You can get the installed module list with command

gmo -l

And could you please uninstall the Az and reinstall it? You can uninstall the Az module with deleting the module folder such as C:\program files\powershell\6\Modules you will seee the folder path with 

gmo -l

Import Az.Accounts

Import Az will not import any cmtlets.
