Include service team. I can reproduce this error message once specified resource group is not existing
I'm getting this error for existing one RG with web app inside. As I wrote this is only for some RGs, not for every. The same exactly code works with older version
Last successful call in my pipeline was on 10.26 , so it is almost sure that this is because of the update to the newest version

Description
After upgrade to the latest version of Az (5.0.0) and Az.Websites(2.0.0), command Get-AzWebApp returns 404 in some of Resource Groups. This is working correctly for older version of Az.Websites (tested on 1.11.0)
