[Az.StorageSync] LocalCacheMode Parameter not found #13588

Description

Module: Az.StorageSync Installed Version: 1.3.0

The mentioned Parameter -LocalCacheMode is not recognized by the Powershell-Module. The Parameter is mentioned in this documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/files/storage-sync-files-deployment-guide?tabs=azure-portal%2Cproactive-powershell and also in the Module Documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.storagesync/set-azstoragesyncserverendpoint?view=azps-5.1.0

@ankushbindlish2 , the feature was added in this PR https://github.com/Azure/azure-powershell/pull/12383. However changelog is not updated. As the result, there is no new StorageSync release. Please update changelog and we will release a new version of StorageSync

Please check the command again. This might be missing [-Name] parameter.
