Description

A customer was signed-in to Azure Portal with a Global Admin, ran 'Remove-AzureADOAuth2PermissionGrant' but it failed with "Code: Authorization_RequestDenied, Message: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation." The customer opened PowerShell desktop client, signed-in with the same account having Global admin and ran the same command and it worked. So, it seems there is a parity issue.
