[Feature]: Update-AzCommunicationService doesnt allow to link a domain #25024

Description of the new feature

The Update-AzCommunicationService has no parameter to link the communicationservice to a domain. It's only possible to do it through the API by adding properties.linkedDomains in the body request. Is that possible to add a -linkedDomains parameter for the Update-AzCommunicationService cmdlet https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/communication/resourcemanager/communication-services/update?view=rest-communication-resourcemanager-2023-03-31&tabs=HTTP
