Hi @zameer712 , It's a GitHub app but it's not open source. Do you mean you want to use this GitHub app in your GitHub repo too? If you only want the same feature, I suggest you to search it on GitHub marketplace. For example, Close Stale Issues. Here is the workflow using it.

Thanks for responding @YanaXu yes we want to use something like that for our Github discussions

Is the above BOT feasible to use it for our discussion rooms as well to close them
