Automation: Create test for Get-AzAutomationDscNode Name fix #9201

This issue here encompasses the work to properly add tests.

It was to add a regression test for the fix that was made in the linked issue. Meaning, have a test that shows the issue was fixed, and therefore, if the test ever fails, shows that the issue fix had a regression.

Currently, team is busy with other high priority items and this would be picked up in CY2021 Q1.
