Unable to Deploy the DSC Ext with #3148

Issue Details

If I used the previous location https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/fe99d4622b032a00fd008b2d350076459d37bf7e/active-directory-new-domain

its working fine. Last change seems to have broken the DSC.

This is the original active-directory-new-domain template version, that is not broken:
