Creating and Using an HPC Cluster in Azure does not produce expected results Running through the steps perfectly looks as if it works, but the files do not appear in the output container as expected. The files are not there, and they are not converted. The setup.sh reams out error messages about python versions, and at some points, it cannot call pip. I recommend that you try it again, and double check the output folder. Additionally, the template itself takes about four attempts to redeploy before it works. Different error messages each time.
