In VS2017, I tried to create Azure Resource Group project. When I navigate to Select Azure Template window, it is not loading all 3 templates for Azure instead showing 'Binding Error Text}' error at the top of the window.
Templates are loading for 'Visual Studio Templates'.
Note: I am using Visual Studio 2017 Version 15.9.7
