Fixing typos, making coding conventions more consistent, adding or updating documentation, putting the renewToken feature into 'hyco-websocket' module in addition to 'hyco-ws' (where I added it previously).

• Readme.MD: update to demonstrate correct function for generating tokens instead of the old mechanism that's being replaced (keyName/key are removed).
• Readme.MD: The text " ATTENTION! CHANGE IN BEHAVIOR. " wasn't formatting as bold in github due to space after "** ".
• In MD files use single backquote/backtick(`) for inline code instead of three of them (that means multi-line code snippets and was causing some text to not be displayed at all).
• Remove unnecessary 'wait.for' dependency.
• Remove some unused variables.
• Fix some path and code issues I ran into running the 'hyco-websocket-tunnel' example.
