Connection reached timeout #134

Closed navisluni closed 2 years ago

navisluni commented 2 years ago

Using the latest version of ARRT (2.3.6) when I try to start the session I get the following error: SESSION: Connection reached timeout (10 sec). Session ID: "XXXXXXXX"

Both ARR and Storage connection checks are correct.

Detailed log output: image

Hi @navisluni , sorry to hear you are having problems. Is this a persistent problem for you? If yes, can you make sure your firewall allows the connections described here? If the problem persists, can you create a trace from before the session is started to after the failure occurs? I don't think we changed anything in the latest version and our testing went fine but we will have a look. Cheers, Christopher

Ciao @ChristopherManthei, today I was recording the TRACE log and suddenly ARRT is connecting correctly to Remote rendering endpoint. Nothing changed on my side, only installed Windows Performance Recorder. Anyway, you can close this issue. Thx for your support!

Hey @navisluni if this problem occurs again, please record a trace, as mentioned above, and reopen this ticket. For now I'll close it. Thanks!
