Fix Micosoft.Security autogeneration #2959

Dear ARM friends,

Is it possible to onbaord the Micosoft.Security/Pricings namespace for autogeneration? The current schema version is out of sync with the rest api.

Appears this what no an onboarding issue, but a missing configuration issue. I have fixed it, and now (at least on my machine) autogeneration of Microsoft.Security succeeds again, so we can make use of the newer Api versions
