Manually update schemas of HDIOnAks for 2023-11-01-preview and 2024-0… #3046

Hi, ARM teams. Since the folder structure issue the template schemas can't be auto-gen, I manually update them and create this PR. Please help review and approve it, thanks!

@jianlongsu we now support the different folder structure. I've submitted #3047 to onboard you.
