LogicAppIntegrationAccountSchema API cannot get the value of the `fileName` property #15759

After tested, I found LogicAppIntegrationAccountSchema API cannot get the value of the fileName property after this resource is created successfully. Service team confirmed that it's a bug. It should be returned. So suggest to fix it asap. Thanks in advance.

Issue Details
After tested, I found [LogicAppIntegrationAccountSchema](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/6de27dc43268e23cbb322bdf18016c8b944f8926/specification/logic/resource-manager/Microsoft.Logic/stable/2019-05-01/logic.json#L3970) API cannot get the value of the [`fileName`](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/6de27dc43268e23cbb322bdf18016c8b944f8926/specification/logic/resource-manager/Microsoft.Logic/stable/2019-05-01/logic.json#L9315) property after this resource is created successfully. Service team confirmed that it's a bug. It should be returned. So suggest to fix it asap. Thanks in advance.

@rarayudu could you help take a look and help assign the correct service owner to resolve the issue, it looks like needs service team's work?
