Specification for service bus runtime REST API #16429

Looking for specifications for the service bus runtime REST API. docs.microsoft.com seems incomplete as the query parameter aren't documented, even when shown in examples.

The only specifications I can find in this repo are for the resource management (creating queues, topics, etc) but not sending/receiving messages.
