Notes from API Review Meeting 8/16/23

• Concern about using "response_format" body prop to control response format. It would be better to use standard HTTP accept/content-type. But the additional detail here is commendable.
• Note: we won't be generating SDKs from this API definition -- there will be a separate TypeSpec definition.
• This is exactly the same API as OpenAI (only better described) and we want it to be.
• What is the limit on the file size? 25 MB Will that evolve? Hard to say.

When it's time to make this public, we'll either merge this OpenAPI or the TypeSpec w/ generated OpenAPI if that's ready.

tl;dr: Good discussion but no changes requested by the Stewardship board.
