Hero scenarios: 1) Contoso's Agent wants to put participant on hold while they check their manager about how to proceed. Contoso App puts participant on hold, while playing an audio prompt. 2) When Contoso's Agent finishes to speak with their manager, they remove the hold on the participant through Contoso App. Audio stops, and participant is able to listen again to the agent.
