Notes from API Review 10/22/24

• Planning to split Language into multiple services, maybe early next year
• Offset and length of masked entities should use our new guidance for string index/length
  • api-guidelines/azure/Guidelines.md at vNext · microsoft/api-guidelines

Both the GA and preview look good to go once the above have been addressed.
