eventgrid readme.go.md file is having issues #4243

specification/eventgrid/resource-manager/readme.go.md is producing the following error when it is being processed. See PR https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/4235 for the failure. It shows the file as invalid.
