When running JaCoCo aggregate coverage reports, management and Spring libraries fail with "Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot process instrumented class *. Please supply original non-instrumented classes." error. This happens with different libraries on different runs and is flaky.
Filing this issue to investigate and find a way to enable jacoco coverage without offline instrumentation.
