Micrometer support for Springboot 3.x #39517

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We recently upgraded to Spring Boot 3 and encountered an issue when using Micrometer in conjunction with the Spring Cloud Stream Binder to connect to Azure Service Bus. Currently, the enableObservation feature is not supported, which prevents the output of Span ID and Trace ID.

Describe the solution you'd like We request the integration of Micrometer to correctly output the Span ID and Trace ID when using the Spring Cloud Stream Binder with Azure Service Bus.
