Support CDN token generation #29590

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Under https://learn.microsoft.com/pt-br/azure/cdn/cdn-token-auth it is mentioned examples CDN token generation for multiple languages, but not for JS/TS. Thus, the link leads to a repo that doesn't have any examples. This aplies to Azure Edgio CDN.

Describe the solution you'd like A way to generate CDN tokens in a safe manner.
