Azure Ai Translation Document Rest Sample Issue #30567

Reason:

  1. When running link1 code. The referenced file does not exist. Addition, all samples have this issues.
  2. When running link2 code. The call to main is written in the method body of main. This will cause main not to call. Addition, all samples have this issues.
