• I am using @azure/storage-file-datalake v12.23.0
• constants file was missing from below path ad it causes dependency issue node_modules/@azure/storage-file-datalake/dist-esm/storage-blob/src/utils
• Which is used in below file node_modules/@azure/storage-file-datalake/dist-esm/storage-blob/src/policies/StorageBrowserPolicyV2.js

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. This issue occurs when I am trying to create docker image for my application

@maharudra3 I believe this has been fixed. You can try our beta version 12.24.0-beta.1, or wait for the GA release of 12.24.0
