[Text Analytics] Enable `AnalyzeOperationAbstractSummaryWithAutoDetectedLanguageTest` #32614

Currently, requesting automatic language detection when performing abstractive summarization returns null for the DetectedLanguage or an invalid request (depending on the region).

Enable the test once this is resolved.
