[BUG] Unable to use a document and web source in a prompt #41573

Describe the bug

Hello,

Partner has issue in putting in place an Azure Open AI chatbot.

Expected behavior

Bot answering correctly

Actual behavior

Similar issue : https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/issues/39443 .

When entering a prompt in the bot with as option research based on document and web, it doesn't work, the answer of the bot is "the request information is not available in this retrieved data". How can we solve that?

Reproduction Steps

bot answering "the request information is not available in this retrieved data" when working on documents and information based on web.
