DataLake: incomplete documentation for CreateIfNotExistsAsync #42397

Description

The documentation for DataLakePathClient and its overloads and child classes do not mention that CreateIfNotExistsAsync returns null if the path already exists (as opposed to the existing path). See https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/issues/21729
