Please describe the feature.

From this file: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/blob/main/sdk/storage/Azure.ResourceManager.Storage/src/Generated/EncryptionScopeResource.cs, there is Get/Update functions to encryption scope, but without ability to create. Is it possible to add this support?
