[QUERY] Release changelog improvement #46122

Library name and version

Azure.Storage.Blobs 12.22.0

Query/Question

Would it be possible to provide a complete changelog for plain version ?

We don't follow beta version and when automated tool like renovate proposed a PR and retrieve the changelog having

Features Added Includes all features from 12.22.0-beta.1

is meaningless. Searching in the Github release page is not user friendly. Many release have the same terms or version.

At least provide a link to the mentionned release so we can navigate easily. But would be awesome to have the complete changelog.
