[BUG] BlockBlobClient.UploadAsync is giving an IOException #46285

Describe the bug

BlockBlobClient.UploadAsync fails at times giving an IOException and below is the exception we see in the logs.

Expected behavior

Blob gets uploaded to the storage without any issue.

Actual behavior

Blob upload fails giving an IOException at times. This is happening a few times a day.

Reproduction Steps

Upload a blob using BlockBlobClient and the issue happens a few times a day.

Environment

.Net 8 app running on AKS
