[BUG]: AuthorizationScope is hardcoded in ContentSafetyClient #46395

Library name and version

Azure.AI.ContentSafety.ContentSafetyClient 1.0.0

Describe the bug

This is hardcoded in ContentSafetyClient private static readonly string[] AuthorizationScope = https://cognitiveservices.azure.com/.default;

Due to this we cannot use different base URL in Authorization scope https://cognitiveservices.azure.us/.default .

Expected behavior

Flkexbility to add required AuthorizationScope .

Actual behavior

No Flkexbility to add required AuthorizationScope

Run ContentSafetyClient
