azure-sb security vulnerability from Snyk scan #5205

azure-common is using underscore@1.4.4(really old) which has security vulnerability. And azure-sb inherits it by using azure-common. underscore@1.4.4 should be updated to the latest version with no vulnerability(1.12.1)
