Create a Custom Translator Model using the API #36011

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the Custom Translator needs to be deployed via the console Describe the solution you'd like Is it possible to deploy one using the API itself? If not then having the option to do so would greatly help in building automated pipelines
