Hey I am interested to contribute. But first I wish there will be guidelines and roadmaps for this project. I am a dev from Azure Machine Learning and am interested to see if I can bring ML to rust sdk.

The list of GitHub issues is as good as it gets for now. There are not official guidelines yet.
