[Suggesetion] Add new page for naming conventions

As I proceed with project, I feel the need for uniformity in naming. If there's a page documenting the naming rules, it would be of great help to beginners like me.

There are the following official documents available.

Do any of you wish to work together with all of us to translate the mentioned 5 pages and add them as new pages?
