@maririos I created this epic to group together all of the requirements for TypeSpec for the release planner. I think this will make it easier to track progression and understand where we may be blocked (i.e. process not defined, ...).

I see another epic related to API process: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-tools/issues/4053 should we close it and include the relevant content here?

We could do so. #4053 is any changes needed to support the API Stewardship Board activities as it relates to TypeSpec.
