As teams are finding the updated documentation, instructing them to create Release Plans they are not finding the permissions information and sending me emails or messages in teams.

We should add the permission link to the emails that are autogenerated and sent after onboarding. This way teams will have the permissions info at onboarding.

What permissions are you talking about?

I think this is to access our repos and stuff like that. I wonder if we should add to the prerequisites of the API readiness apps something about this. Moving to API Readines UX/UI epic

Moving to API Readines UX/UI epic I think it has to be before they access the API readiness app. To access it requires sign-in to multiple back-end systems (GitHub, ...). We want to make sure they have the permissions to access and the permissions to run the checks in the API readiness app.

Gerat. Then where do you suggest? can we get specific requirements for this?

I will run thru user scenario and provide more guidance. I think we could do something less complex now and then have another design that is done is done when the API readiness milestone UI is updated.
