Ignore commit push error for SDK powershell CI check #6923

This is a case that CI actually passes but an error happens in pushing code to Azure PowerShell repo.

This might be the cause of the failure.

Suggest ignoring the code pushing error in the pipeline framework or show just a waring message instead of error.
