Time spent by Azure SDK Team answering process and requirement questions #8526

The Release Planner MVP was complete in Feb 2024 and support was extended to onboard GA products (post-APEX). We have seen a significant drop in Info Meetings and team chats related to process and requirements. Brownfield services are onboarding and continuing on to create and use release plans without assistance from the Azure SDK Onboarding team.

We are interested in understanding the frequency and nature of service partner inquiries regarding processes and requirements when they interact with other members of the Azure SDK team that are further downstream in the release plan process (i.e. SDK release milestone, ...).

We sent a survey in the Azure SDK PM May newsletter and directly to the Arch Board and folks in screenshot (06/12/2024) - image.
