Description: Azure Communication Services UI Library is adding support for Blurred and Custom Backgrounds to its existing set of controls including Composites and UI Components. With this new feature, users can blur the local video background and replace the background with a provided set of custom images.

Hi @prabhjot-msft, Please add the API View listings for the libraries to this issue and links to the API Specs this library uses. We need the materials added by the end of this week. Thank you!
