Can't place anchor after resetting session

Description

As sometimes AR Planes tracking leads to some visual issue (overlayed AR Planes), I am trying to reset the AR Session, and cleaning up the anchors already located.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Locate anchors
• Stop ASA Session with SpatialAnchor.StopSession()
• Reset AR Session with ARSession.Reset()
• Reset ASA Session with SpatialAnchor.ResetSessionAsync()
• Try to place an new anchor
• While placing anchor, error "Could not find an ARAnchor associated with the CloudSpatialAnchor" appears, object is spawn at camera position but not where I clicked on AR Plane

Expected behavior

Anchor is placed correctly on AR Plane

• Azure Spatial Anchors SDK version: 2.13.3

Issue was caused because while resetting the session, I wasn't resetting the cloud anchor value to null.
