After watcher. stop(), I can still locate it. Why. #399

"I created an anchor point, and when I move the virtual object, the virtual object will return to its position and pose at the time I created the anchor point, which I believe is correct.". "But I tried to turn off the watcher and the session, and then I moved the virtual object again, and it still returned to the position at the time I created the anchor point. I really don't know why.".

once ASA locates an anchor it has the local tracker maintain its position.
